What did you think of Nadesico? It's been ages since I watched it, but I remember really liking it.

I, too, am slowly working my way through Sailor Moon. It's a lot of fun so far and I'm enjoying it more than I'd expected.

I thought it was pretty good. I felt like a lot of the jokes kind of went over my head because it was parodying stuff I never watched before.

Oh, I hadn't even considered that, but it really probably does. (I wonder if I'll pick up on more with a rewatch now that I've seen a lot more of what it's likely parodying.) Also, not sure if you watched the movie, but if you didn't, you can skip it and not miss anything.

That's the Prince of Darkness movie right? I actually heard it was bad so I'm not watching it. I think I'm totally hyperfixated on one thing right now (Attack on Titan) that it makes it hard for me to make progress on my to-watch list.

Yup. It's... off-tone from the series and honestly not worth watching. (And it follows a... Saturn, I think, or Dreamcast game that never got localized so the connecting plot is missing.)
